This is what Cripps Barn wedding photography looks like in winter. Actually, Holly & Barry were lucky enough to get married on a summer’s day in winter. I think it’s the warmest February day we have ever had here in the UK. Bright sunshine throughout the day, drinks in the pub garden and outside this stunning barn venue. Holly & Barry’s Cripps Barn wedding truly couldn’t have been better, or sunnier.
Other than the bizarrely good weather, I will mostly remember this day by Holly’s beaming smile, Barry’s touching speech and a Rock & Roll dance floor that made it really hard for me not to join in. I think it’s so important to capture this part of the evening. I never leave straight after the first dance because that’s when the real fun starts! Have a look for yourself by scrolling down through the photos, the dancing pics are at the end (did I mention the Rock & Roll band?).
Cripps Barn in Gloucestershire is quickly creeping up my list of favourite Cotswolds wedding venues. The staff is superb and goes above and beyond to make every wedding day exceed expectations. Even in winter the grounds are stunning and there are more than enough photo opps around the place. I’d highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married in the Cotswolds.
