WATER’S EDGE AT EWEN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
In 2025 I became a recommended supplier at one of Cirencester’s most spectacular venues and can now call myself a Water’s Edge at Ewen Wedding Photographer!
Needless to say, I’m over the moon to be on the list of recommended suppliers at Water’s Edge at Ewen. When I arrived for Alex & Luke’s wedding there in July I was somewhat surprised by this hidden gem. I had checked it out online of course and the venue’s drone footage did a pretty good job of showing off what the place has to offer. But seeing it in person, I was in awe. Especially as someone who loves the great outdoors, lakes, birdsong and the general feeling of escapism that only nature can provide.
Alex & Luke got in touch with me back in 2024, shortly after they got engaged. It was lovely to hear that Alex had been following me on Instagram for years and booked me as soon as she had that ring on her finger. She has great taste, not just when it comes to wedding venues and photographers ;) Everything on the day was so terrifically well-matched and thought-through, even Archer the dog had his own outfit! If ever Alex wanted to change career, wedding planning should be a front-runner if you ask me. The entire wedding took place at Water’s Edge at Ewen and was an absolute pleasure to photograph, swans included.
This is the second wedding I’ve photographed for this family. Ten years ago I was the photographer at Alex’s sister’s wedding at Ingleside House in Cirencester. Alex and her two sisters have a sisterly wedding tradition, when one of them gets married they down shots of Guinness together. And why not?! It was so much fun to capture this again all these years later.
