Natural Family Photoshoot in the Cotswolds

I started photographing this family in 2015 during Julija’s first pregnancy. Four photoshoots later they are a happy family of four and it’s such a joy to provide them with a lovely set of natural family photos every year. Time flies by so fast and it’s so very important to capture those all important, precious family moments.

This summer I took Julija, Andrius and their kids to the Westonbirt Arboretum. (If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know that this is one of my favourite places on earth!) My aim was to capture this family on their day out with very little direction from me. The kids explored the woodland, played hide and seek and had a go on the slide. The arboretum makes for gorgeous leafy backdrops so we didn’t have to go far at all. Within 1.5 hr I had captured a wide variety of images that I was very happy with. Have a little scroll through the images below for yourself to see what a natural family photoshoot involves.
