Badminton Wedding Photography
On the blog today are Sarah & Louis and their unforgettable Badminton wedding. All of the weddings I photograph are 100% blog-worthy but I chose this one as it’s very local to me (hurray!) and I have since become a recommended supplier at Badminton Estate (double hurray!).
A week before the wedding I went along to the Badminton Open Gardens for a quick look around. I was stunned by the beauty of the immaculately kept gardens filled with dahlias and immediately got very excited about the photo opportunities there. Sarah & Louis tied the knot at the church which is part of Badminton House. As you walk out of the church you find yourself in the middle of the gardens so we hung around there for a while for family photos and a few of Sarah & Louis spending some time alone. Guests then waited for their arrival in Louis’ late grandads’ Daimler at his parents’ farm where the reception took place.
This was a truly fantastic day enjoyed by all which really comes across in the photos. That is always my aim: to capture the energy and vibe of the day. Below is a small selection of images. I for one really enjoyed myself and even bumped into some familiar faces. Sarah & Louis, all the best to you both and thanks for having me as your photographer!
Other suppliers who made this day possible include:
Florist: Cotswold Flower Design | Hair: Abi Andrews | Makeup: Powder & Paint | Videographers: Thoroughvision and Trebor Productions | Marquee: Abbas Marquees | Hog Roast: Hawkesbury Upton Farm Shop | Bar: Sherston Wine Company
