Trevenna Wedding Photography
On the blog for you today… A smashing Norwegian / Cornish Trevenna wedding! I loved that Elisabeth & Rob asked me to be their wedding photographer and wouldn’t have want to miss this day for the world.
Where do I start? Elisabeth is Norwegian so guests travelled from afar to be a part of this unforgettable day at Trevenna, a stunning barn venue in Cornwall. At the time she was also seven months pregnant. Elisabeth & Rob choose to have their wedding in Rob’s native Cornwall. They tied the knot at the lovely St Minver Church where Rob’s grandparents were married many years ago. Following the ceremony we all went back to Trevenna for the wedding reception. Elisabeth, Rob, their driver and I took a little detour via a beautiful country lane just around the corner from the venue. It really was worth it as the lane was looking stunning with trees lined either side and it made for some beautiful shots. During the wedding breakfast no less than 14 speeches were held by various friends and family members (a Norwegian wedding tradition!), each of them introduced by toastmaster Alex. This made for some fantastic evening entertainment and not to mention many, many photos!
Now, a few months later, Elisabeth & Rob are the proud parents of little Henrik. I can’t wait to meet the little fella and take some photos.
