My gift vouchers provide a flexible and thoughtful way to give the gift of photography. Please review my refund and return policy for gift vouchers below:

  1. Refunds

    • Gift vouchers are refundable within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that they have not been redeemed.
    • Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and will be processed using the original method of payment.

  2. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable after 14 days from the purchase date.
    • Once a gift voucher has been redeemed, it is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of the redemption date.

  3. Validity Period

    • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 from the purchase date. They must be used within this period, as expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
